The Chapter requested a significant change to the look of their 14,000 sf international style chapter house. The entire building was renovated by upgrading resident rooms, shared bathrooms, and all systems. The numbers of beds were increased and all finishes and millwork in the public areas were designed to compliment the Georgian architecture of the new exterior. This new look enhances Lambda Chi's place on the Georgia Tech campus.
